Q1: Does the JSF21S mainboard use a 30-pin LVDS connector?

No. The JSF21S mainboard uses a 28-pin LVDS connector.

The complete pin definition can be provided according to the selected LCD panel and cable configuration.


Q2: Is the LVDS output single-channel or dual-channel?

One 28-pin LVDS connector supports single-channel LVDS output.

For LCD panels requiring dual-channel LVDS, two 28-pin LVDS connectors can be used together.


Q3: Does the mainboard support 6-bit and 8-bit LCD panels?

Yes. The mainboard supports both 6-bit and 8-bit LCD panels.

The configuration can be adjusted according to the specifications of the selected LCD panel.


Q4: Does the mainboard support JEIDA or VESA LVDS mapping?

It supports both JEIDA and VESA mapping.

The LVDS mapping can be configured on the mainboard to match the LCD panel.


Q5: What panel power voltage does the mainboard support?

The mainboard supports both 3.3 V and 5 V panel power output.

Q7: Does the JSF21S mainboard directly support LED-backlight LCD panels?

Yes. The JSF21S mainboard directly supports LED-backlight LCD panels.

The 28-pin LCD cable includes a 12 V backlight power supply. The J33 connector is the dedicated backlight connector.

Whether an external LED driver is required depends on the LCD module design. If the LCD module has an integrated LED driver, it can be connected directly. If it only provides a bare LED backlight input, an external LED driver may be required.
